Spotify will hold recent music for 90 days in new ‘Recents’ list
Spotify has a new feature that records all the music you listen to for 90 days to make it easier to recover tracks that autoplay.
This will also work for podcasts and replace the ‘Listening History’ option. Spotify is well known for its great auto-generated playlists, but often when I use them, I’m busy doing something, and then when a song plays that I like, there’s no way to find out what it is.
To view this new section, click on your profile picture, open the sidebar and choose ‘Recents.’ It will recall audiobooks, music, playlists, and podcasts.
