TIL there’s a Quebecois version of Hot Ones and Trudeau will be on it
There is a new Quebecois version of the popular American talk show Hot Ones, which has been running since October. It’s come to the attention of English-speaking Canada now that Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will be on the show for the December 12th episode.
I assume most people have seen the American version of Hot Ones where host Sean Evans sits down with one or more guests and they all eat increasingly spicy chicken wings as Evans interviews them. It’s a pretty entertaining show that’s run for over 350 episodes to date.
The Quebec version airs on the Videotron-owned streaming service Illico+ and has had ten episodes so far. You can follow the show on TikTok, but unless you’re bilingual, it will likely not be much of a watch for most.
